Grant in tail by William Kytson of Comberworth (Yorks.) to Peter, son of John Kay of Wodesome (Yorks.), and Alice, daughter of the grantor, of all his lands, etc., in Almanbury and Thorp by Almanbury (Yorks.), late of William de Thorp his uncle, together with the reversion of the lands in the same places held by John Taillour, shoemaker, by the courtesy of England for his life after the death of Margaret his wife, kinswoman of William; the remainder in default of issue to himself and his heirs. Given at Almanbury on 20 June, 16 Henry V.
